1. Introduction

Welcome to Polax AI. By accessing or using our platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Polax AI LLC.

2. Definitions

"Service": The AI-driven candidate sourcing and multi-channel outreach automation tools provided by Polax.
"User": Any individual or entity that registers for or uses the platform.
"Subscription": The recurring payment plan selected by the User for access to premium features.
"Content": Data, text, images, or other materials uploaded or processed through the platform.
"Platform": The Polax.io website and associated software applications.

3. Description of Services

Polax AI provides an automated platform specifically designed to automate candidate sourcing and multi-channel outreach (including LinkedIn and WhatsApp) across the MENA region. Our service is intended for HR professionals, recruiters, and companies looking to scale their talent acquisition through AI technology.

4. Account Registration

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the accuracy of all information provided during registration.

5. Acceptable Use

Users are prohibited from using the platform for any fraudulent activity, abuse of the outreach tools, or reverse engineering of Polax AI's technology. You agree to comply with all regional regulations regarding electronic communication and privacy.

6. Pricing & Payments

Our standard pricing is $90 per month (payable in USD). Pricing is subject to applicable taxes based on your jurisdiction.

                Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles refunds. Charges on your bank statement will appear under Paddle.com.
            

7. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed at $90 USD per month and set to auto-renew automatically on the same calendar date each billing cycle. You will receive a payment receipt via email from Paddle upon each successful charge.

Free Trial: If you are on a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription ($90/month) at the end of the trial period. You will be notified by email before the conversion. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the trial end date via Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with a minimum of 30 days' written notice to active subscribers via email. Continued use of the service after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

8. Refund Policy

9. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Intellectual Property

Polax AI LLC retains all ownership rights to the platform, AI models, and technology. Users retain rights to their own content but grant Polax a license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or specific hiring results from the use of our AI agents.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Polax AI LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall be capped at the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding three months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Polax AI LLC harmless from any claims or damages resulting from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on our platform.
