Refund Policy

Philosophy: We want to be fair. If you're not satisfied, we want to make it right.

1. Overview

Polax AI is dedicated to providing a high-quality automation platform for MENA recruitment. We believe in high-value service and fair use practices. This policy outlines how refunds are handled through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of your first subscription charge. If you feel the platform is not the right fit within those 7 days, simply contact us and we will process a full refund — no questions asked. This window applies to your initial purchase only and does not apply to subsequent monthly renewals.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Outside of the 7-day initial purchase window, refunds are not issued for:

  • Subsequent monthly renewal charges.
  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., spamming or abusing outreach tools).
  • Custom enterprise services or one-off consultation fees.

4. Subscription Refunds

The 7-day refund window applies exclusively to first-time subscription charges. If you started with a free trial that converted to a paid plan, the 7-day window begins from the date of that first charge. Automatic monthly renewals are non-refundable. Mid-cycle cancellations do not trigger a prorated refund; you will retain full access to the platform until the end of the paid billing period.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to Support@polaxai.com with your account email and a brief description of why you're requesting a refund. Our team will verify the purchase data and initiate the process.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank's processing time.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly at Support@polaxai.com before initiating a chargeback through your bank. Abusive chargebacks may result in the permanent suspension of your account and future access to Polax AI services.

8. Payment Processor Note

All payments for Polax AI are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Charges on your bank or card statement will appear as Paddle.com. Paddle handles all billing inquiries and refund processing. For billing support, you may also contact Paddle directly at paddle.com/help.
